Carcass screws are designed for assembly of particle board, both in a through the board fixing and also into the edge grain of the material. A fine sharp point gives great accuracy whilst not damaging the material. The funnel head shape allows the screw to pull parts together through a hole, then engage the outer surface to give a strong hold on the fixing. Black phosphate finish.
