The keen D-i-yer or hobbyist will appreciate the pricing and quality of the selection of tools graded with two stars. Items in this class would normally be the same as those found in large conventional diy superstores, but at a greatly reduced price. We simply don't have the cost overheads that those places have so we can pass this on directly to you the customer as saving on whatever you wish to buy!
The tradesman who needs a tool for odd jobs, but does not require a full contractor grade quality will also find products in this class to be of great use and at the right price!

Tools in this grade are of a high quality and will give a long useful life in a heavy usage environment, where production efficiency could be affected by delays caused by use of a lesser grade tool prematurely failing.
Often available in a variety of multi-packs carefully selected for the normal purchasing requirements of manufacturing industry, thus resulting in the benefit of extra cost savings.

Professional Grade.
Tools designed to take the harshest of use day in, day out in industrial and safety critical environments and still last for many years.
Tools to this level of specification will normally have accredited DIN or ISO numbers that specify certain design criteria. The tool will then have been assessed to ensure these criteria are met during manufacturing. This is important where a tool is being used in an environment which could be hazardous to the user and others, such as high voltage applications, and the use of non sparking tools in a flammable gas area. Where such information has been provided to us by the manufacturer it has been included in the site, and can be accessed via the INFO button associated with the product.
Items in this grade will be more expensive, but will be of the highest quality.
