This service provides a method for people interested in DIY related topics to converse with like minded people.
The forum is supposed to be fun, topics can vary enormously and can go from light-hearted banter to seriously technical when the need arises!
You don't have to be a customer of the shopping part of the site to use the forum, though we would hope that you will take a look around the site at some time!
We use the forum ourselves to send out information about special offers, new products etc. We do NOT gather your email addresses for any other uses, if you unsubscribe you will immediately cease to receive anything from us or other forum participants.

Mailing forum rules:
The mailing forum is currently unmoderated, this means anyone can post anything to it that they want without each and every message being checked and approved first. We do however read and monitor the content of the forum, and hopefully give valid and useful feedback about the site and products.

The following rules do apply though and people who are in flagrant breach of them may be removed from the forum without notice.

All messages must be legal and decent and should not attack of flame other forum users.

No defamatory comments about people or companies must be made.

Signature files are permitted except where they advertise a rival merchant or website.

The forum must not be used for the gathering of emails for marketing purposes.

Subjects discussed should be of a nature relevant to the forum i.e. DIY, mechanical things, home improvements, useage and comments about tools and techniques.

Messages should not contain large attachments.

Replys should quote the original message.

Chain letters, spamming the list and serial stupidity are not permitted.

These rules may change from time to time to cope with unexpected circumstances, if they do new rules will be posted to the list.
